Collecting your data

By registering, subscribing or using our services, you consent to the use of your personal data in line with this policy. We may also receive information about you from us and from third parties, with whom we have a business relationship below are various examples of how we may collate your data.

Making a booking

When you register to make a booking for any of our mobile services the information we collect and hold about you may include your name, email address, phone and mobile phone numbers, this information is stored in a private database and hosted in a private network with no public access therefore no information would be disclosed with anyone. When you make a booking you will need to provide payment details in the form of credit or debit card details (processed via TakePayments). Your payment details are processed and stored securely exclusively by this payment providers. Motherly Needs does not process or store your card or bank account details. When you make a booking with us we also collect information such as your address and any other information you may supply at the time. We share this information with our therapists, coaches, fitness instructors, or our third party business partners so that they can perform the booking for you. We also store this information so we can show you a history of bookings you have made on our website.

We never share your personal information with any other company without your consent.

Mailing list

If you subscribe to our mailing list we will collect personal data these include your name and email address this is so you can keep up to date with Motherly Needs news, special offers, and competitions or in case we need to respond to a query matter you might have. Information that is provided by you will only be used for the purpose for which it is provided, unless you are informed otherwise at the time of giving the information.

We use a third party provider called MailChimp to send our newsletters. We gather statistics around which newsletters get opened and clicked on using industry standard technologies to help us improve the quality and relevance of our newsletters. Website cookies

We store a cookie – a small file on your computer – so we can tell who you are if you have logged in to our site and then show you the information relevant to you. We also store on your computer what search preferences you have selected to save you time having to put them in again.

When you visit our site we use a third party service Google Analytics to collect standard logging information such as what pages are visited and in which order. We use this to analyse customer and visitor behaviour as a whole and we do not collect, or instruct Google to collect personal information that can identify you.

If you follow us or interact with us on any of our pages such as Instagram and Facebook, the information you provide will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy, as well as this privacy policy.

This website may, from time to time, provide links to other websites. We have no control over such websites and are not responsible for the content of these websites. The privacy policy does not extend to use of such websites. You are advised to read the privacy policy or statement of other websites prior to using them.

Request for your personal information

You may request, at any time, Motherly Needs to provide you with information about the data it stores on you. In order to file a request, please contact we will process that request in line with any applicable local laws and our policies and procedures in place for dealing with such requests.
